RETURN POLICY

To return/exchange an item for its wrong size, colour or style will incur another delivery charge of $8.  Please either include this in your parcel either by cheque or cash, or you can pay by depositing directly our account.  (Please contact us for details) Your Jimmy Browns must be returned unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached within 4 weeks. Please include a copy of your Invoice and reason for return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Jimmy Browns we will offer you a full refund as Jimmy Browns stands by its products. All you have to do is send it back to us and we will credit back the same method of payment.

Please let us know your reason for a refund as this will help us improve our product or service.

FABRICS

Jimmy Browns fabrics are all 100% quality soft pre shrunk cottons.  We are proud of our fabrics and only use quality cottons that machine wash and wear easily.  Are unique designs are printed on our fabric and have little or no fading. Jimmy Browns are not designed to swim in and we take no responsibility if they are worn in chlorinated pools.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC POST
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Orders within Australia take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.
REGULAR POST
All shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 (generally 2-5 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Orders within Australia take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.
EXPRESS POST
All shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15 (generally 1-3 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Express orders within Australia take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.
INTERNATIONAL POST
All international shipping is a flat rate of $27 (generally 5-20 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Registered Post International). Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 2-3 business days for the order to be sent. International orders can take up to 5-20 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. This time may vary depending on your location.
If there are any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email hello@jimmybrowns.com.au as we will supply you with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
Please note, Jimmy Browns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. Once your item has been distributed to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. TRACKING NUMBER

All orders require a signature on delivery and include a tracking number. We do not email you your tracking number but will happily provide you with your number on request. However, these are not real-time trackable; they are only traceable in the event they go missing.
