Shipping

All domestic and international items will be sent via registered post, which includes basic tracking and signature on arrival.

DOMESTIC POST

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Orders within Australia take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.

REGULAR POST

All shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8 (generally 2-5 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Orders within Australia take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.

 

EXPRESS POST

All shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15 (generally 1-3 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 1-3 business days for the order to be sent. Express orders within Australia take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Jimmy Browns is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.

 

INTERNATIONAL POST

All international shipping is a flat rate of $27 (generally 5-20 business days). All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Registered Post International). Once an order has been placed and payment(s) are received, allow 2-3 business days for the order to be sent. International orders can take up to 5-20 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. This time may vary depending on your location.

 

If there are any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email hello@jimmybrowns.com.au as we will supply you with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.

 

Please note, Jimmy Browns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. Once your item has been distributed to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. TRACKING NUMBER

All orders require a signature on delivery and include a tracking number. We do not email you your tracking number but will happily provide you with your number on request. However, these are not real-time trackable; they are only traceable in the event they go missing.
