Where are Jimmy Browns manufactured?

Jimmy Browns are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia. We have been working with the same team of people for over 5 years. 

What happens if I change my mind and want to exchange or refund?

To return/exchange an item for its wrong size, colour or style will incur another delivery charge of $8. Your Jimmy Browns must be returned unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached within 4 weeks. Please email a copy of your Invoice and reason for return. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your Jimmy Browns we will offer you a full refund as Jimmy Browns stands by its products. All you have to do is send it back to us and we will credit back the same method of payment.

Please let us know your reason for a refund as this will help us improve our product or service.

What fabrics do you use?

Jimmy Browns fabrics are all 100% quality soft pre shrunk cottons. A lot of time went into sourcing the perfect fabric, we are proud of our quality cottons and love that they machine wash and wear easily.  Our unique designs are printed on our fabric and have little or no fading. 

Why can't I go swimming in my Jimmy Browns?

Jimmy Browns are not made of quick dry material, the cottons will feel heavier when wet and will most likely stick to the skin. By all means, wear them down the beach but we wouldn't advise diving in with them on. 

Do you sell anywhere apart from online?

We attend markets on a casual basis from September to December on Sydney Northern Beaches and North Shore. Subscribe to our newsletters, follow us on instagram and visit our "Markets" page on our website to stay in the loop. 

What happens if you've sold out of my size?

Email hello@jimmybrowns.com.au and let us know so we can pre order particular sizes if the demand is there or make sure we order more of your size in our next print run. We value your feedback. 

Do you do custom orders for sports teams and organisations?

Yes, we can! Send us an email with what you're after and we can go from there.
